How Classes work?
🗓️Schedule
Classes are held online, usually on the second Monday of each month.
🕘 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM JST (Japan Standard Time)
*In January and October, classes are held on the third Monday due to public holidays in Japan.
Any changes will be announced by the 15th of the previous month.
💻 How to Join
1. Your device Use any device — PC, smartphone, or tablet. Just make sure your camera and internet connection are working before the class starts.
2. Before the class You’ll receive a full list of equipment and ingredients in advance. Please review it and get everything ready before class day.
3. Joining via Zoom The class is held on Zoom. We recommend joining 10 minutes early so you have time to set up your space and check your connection. A Zoom link will be included in your confirmation email..
🥣Lesson Flow
1. Introduction & Prep We’ll start with an introduction to today’s bread — its history, flavor, and what makes it special. Then we’ll go through all the ingredients and equipment together to make sure you’re ready to bake.
2. Baking together Follow along as we make the bread step by step — mix, knead, and shape together in real time. While the dough is proofing, we’ll cover the science behind and have an open Q&A. A great time to ask anything on your mind!
3. Wrap-up & tasting We’ll review what we made today and then, the best part — enjoy your freshly baked bread!

Terms & Conditions
・Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in our bread-making classes.
・Monthly recurring billing: Your credit card will be automatically charged the same amount on the same date each month.
・Cancellation notice: To cancel, please submit your request by the 15th of the month prior to your intended final month.
・Minimum commitment: By enrolling, you are committing to a minimum of 3 monthly payments. Once your 3-month commitment is complete, you may cancel at any time with one month’s notice.
・Plan changes: The same terms apply when switching between plans.
